A full-floor apartment reimagined for a small family, plaster, marble, and white oak held in quiet balance.
Original moldings and fireplaces were kept and repaired; a Calacatta-marble portal and full-height white-oak millwork anchor the kitchen. Furniture stays low, deep, and deliberately few, so that what remains is light, and the park beyond it.
